    As an elementary school teacher, by the time winter break rolls around I am ready to relax and truly get away from it all!  This past December, I also completed my master’s degree.  I was ready to celebrate!     Beating the rain in Bastimentos

      I got lucky my final weekend in Bocas del Toro.  The rain had stayed away for three whole days.  Unfortunately, on my final day it had returned.  I didn’t let this stop me from enjoying one last day in paradise.
